Jared is awesome.

Excellent experience all around. Fast service, knowledgeable, honest (not overestimating the size of the system, unlike some of his competitors). Many thanks for his help in getting us the correct new air-conditioning system installed for thousands of dollars less than what others quoted. UPDATE: Just called Jared again as we were having issues with our furnace(not his work). We were a bit desperate as the weather was below freezing and the furnace was blowing cold air! He once again arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed and repaired our problem, and did a full tune-up, to-boot. The best is that he explained the problem clearly and educated us on how to prevent it in the future. His super user-friendly online scheduling and invoicing system is the cherry on top!

My furnace stopped working. I thought it was the pilot light but was wrong. I called Colorado Heating and Air because of their great reviews and because of their proximity to my location. Jared showed up an hour later. He identified the problem right away and presented me with multiple options. He never pressured me to choose one option over another. He just explained the facts. He had to leave and go pick up a couple of items he needed to replace, replaced them, and cleaned up my furnace. He was thorough, explained things well, and was extremely reasonable in his pricing. I strongly recommend Jared and Colorado Heating and Air.

303 Heat was an extreme pleasure to do business with. I first contacted them via Yelp, and they were extremely fast to respond. Their responses were clear and concise. I agreed to have them install a whole home humidifier to work in conjunction with my furnace. Jared showed up within the appointment window and was professional and knowledgeable. Jared explained everything and did an excellent install job. Highly recommend working with this team.

We needed an honest opinion and inspection of our furnace and AC for a condo we were selling. Jared did a prompt inspection and found the heat exchanger had a crack but the AC was fine. He provided a very reasonable proposal for a replacement. Less than expected. More than pleased with their service, professionalism, and rates! I would highly recommend them.
